DOUBLE HOIST SAND BLAST MACHINE
This machine uses steel rail hoist and rotating hanger to rotate the work piece. Use the sand blast wheel located at different locations to shot steel ball at high speed continuously. The rotating hanging work pieces rotate at low speed and are sprayed evenly by the steel balls. In a short time the work pieces will be restored to their clean and pretty surface for the next step treatment. The two rails set up for this machine are used in turn. While one rail with hanging work pieces for sand blast operation, the other rail is used to install the work pieces on the hangers. The rotating application will result in maximum efficiency. This machine is applicable for middle and large castings, aluminum-zinc press casting products and other many easy to hang work pieces etc.
